I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

Mr.Sobhy the receptionist is the most qualified and wonderful person I have ever met in any hotel. He made our stay so easy and smooth. Everything at the hotel was very good the beach and the food was beyond amazing. The house keeping was very clean and the towels were clean and the stay was so smooth. All workers in the hotel do their very best to keep things top notch and it was one of the wonderful stays. The hotel wasn’t aloud at night compared to the neighbor with us, which was perfect because we wanted a calm night. The hotel is very family friendly and a calm hotel just to relax. They were also so helpful and I asked them to accommodate us in a room near the beach due to health conditions, so that did the most they could to give us such room! A very nice stay and for sure I’ll be coming again.

As we have a one year old. The vartiey of food is very good and it it delicious. The drinks also the cocktails are very good. The staff are very helpful and the room was very clean and luxurious. It is also great for adults and there is senrenity pool for relaxation and fun aquapark for adults. The animation shows at the amphentheater was also great. Definitely coming back again. Amazing staff always happy to see us and provide an excellent service. Reception staff and concierge are professional friendly and exceptional. BIG SHOUT TO SOPHEY WHO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. Please promote this man as he works tirelessly to provide the best service ever. The entertainment staff work tirelessly too and exceptional. The food needs to be addressed as it isn’t up to the usual standard and was often cold and tasteless. But there was a lot of guests staying and I believe at full capacity. Thank you once again and hope to see you all soon.

So the kids Club was amazing for kids they like it so much specially the girl responsible for it called (Rym). She is very smart and decent and made everything as a best for them so they liked to go there and playing with her every day. The hotel is very quiet. So if you target a relaxing hotel it will be your best choice.
